'Premium Club Membership' Competition

The Promoter is An Post National Lottery Company, Abbey Street Lower, Dublin 1, Ireland.
All accounts set up with National Lottery Play Online between 9.00am, Friday 27 November 2009 and 5.30pm 29 January 2010, will be automatically entered into a competition to win ‘A year’s membership of Premium Club’ at The 02 Dublin worth €2,500.
In order to enter the competition, an account must be fully activated (loading of funds in the online wallet) on National Lottery Play Online.
How to enter
To take part in this promotion, entrants must complete a 5 step registration process with National Lottery Play Online, as follows;
1. Agree to terms and conditions
2. Enter account information
3. Login details and hints
4. Post Photo ID and copy of application form
5. Activate account and add funds to your wallet
On completion of the above registration process an activation link will be sent to the account holder. Once this link is activated and funds are added to the wallet, the account holder is automatically entered into the competition.
Any accounts activated after the competition closing date Friday 29 January 2010 will be excluded from the draw.
Prizes
The competition draw will take place on Monday 1 February 2010. One active account will be randomly selected and the account holder will win One Years membership to the Premium Club at The 02 Dublin. This prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Announcement of Winner
The Winner of the ‘Premium Club Membership’ Promotion will be notified by email and will also be contacted by a representative of the National Lottery Company. The winning entrant will be contacted to verify his/her name and address details and to confirm that he/she is over 18 years of age. Winners will be advised that they may be required to present themselves at National Lottery Company HQ with proof of age identification and they may be asked to have a photograph taken for publicity purposes. Details of the winner will be publicised.
Draw Entry Restrictions
The following individuals are not entitled to enter the 'Premium Club' Promotion:
a.) any member of the National Lottery Company board of directors or his/her family members;
b.) any officer or employee of the National Lottery Company or his/her family members;
c.) any contractor or subcontractor of the National Lottery Company involved in the Holiday Promotion;
d.) persons under 18 years of age;
e.) such other persons or category of persons as the National Lottery Company may determine.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall NLC or any of its officers, directors, agents, employees, affiliates or other representatives be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of the “Premium Club” Promotion resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, internet failure, computer equipment failures, telecommunication failures (including mobile networks), other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, riots, interactions, civil disturbances, shortages of labour or materials, fires, storms, explosions, acts of God, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, delays, losses, errors or omissions in or made by the postal or other delivery services or the non-performance of a third party.
